Meet our newest member...
Kate Duchene with new baby Anna Charlotte. Congratulations from all at Southwark ai! Kate was our Secretary for the past five months, and has helped organise major events such as the Westminster Debate around attitudes regarding Violence Towards Women in the UK, and spearheaded our current recruitment drive. She continues as our Urgent Actions Campaigner.
AI Southwark Receives Unison Donation, 12 July 2006
We received a very generous cheque for £100 from the Southwark Unison branch this week to help with our summer recruitment drive costs to national AI members. Thanks to Ian Ritchie for supporting us as the link between our two organisations – and for accommodating our regular monthly meetings at Walworth Road!
